This cross-departmental team of 15 collaborated over a six-month period to launch the Claims Desktop, a critical enhancement to the Claims Assure platform that provides adjusters with a centralized overview in real time to enhance productivity, communication, and organization across the entire claims team.
A lean team across Legal, Regulatory, and Finance came together to close an important refinance deal in the face of severe market turmoil brought on by COVID. Through long days and late nights, these employees executed the deal on time—saving ProSight millions of dollars a year in interest expense.
Prior to launching our Downstream Energy program, this team was swiftly engaged to ensure that our partner’s proprietary systems were compliant with ProSight’s filings—now and in the future. Each expert played a different, yet key, role in completing the project and launching the program on time.
When COVID caused our ImageRight workflow partner to temporarily shut down, it could have meant havoc for our business. But this team of nine jumped in to quickly transfer the IR workflow back in-house and train members on how to use it—with no disruption to our customers or partners.
