Pre-hires will have the opportunity to explore their career interests, work collaboratively and cross-functionally, acquire the skills necessary to meet their career goals, all while making a significant impact on the organization. Successful and high-performing Pre-hires will have the opportunity for full-time employment upon graduation.

You’ll receive on the job and classroom style education and training designed to give you a better understanding of the insurance industry, corporate life, and our culture.

Networking with Professionals and Executive Leadership

Network with professionals daily and enjoy exposure to our leadership team through weekly meetings with your executive sponsor, a group dinner with our executives, and lunch with our CEO.
