Vivienne leads the strategy and execution of our customer experience operation. Throughout her career, this Stanford grad with a B.A. in Economics has excelled in a broad range of management roles, including customer experience, operations, accounting, strategy, Six Sigma process improvement, and brand management. Previously, Vivienne worked at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and Deloitte. Her diverse skill set makes a significant impact to our customer service by reimagining teams to execute a multi-disciplinary approach and transforming it into the customer experience we know today.
