Vivienne Zimmermann

Chief Customer Experience Officer

As chief customer experience officer, Vivienne leads the strategy and execution of our entire customer experience operation. Throughout her career, this Stanford grad (with a B.A. in Economics) has excelled in a broad spectrum of management including finance, strategy, operations, Six Sigma process improvement and re-engineering, customer research and brand management. Prior to joining ProSight, Vivienne worked in various roles at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and Deloitte. Her diverse skill set has enabled her to make a significant impact to our customer service by reimagining teams to execute a multi-disciplinary approach and transform the department into the customer experience we know today. When not in the office, Vivienne is passionate about photography and can be found with her husband cheering for their children on soccer fields and basketball courts. Go, Team Zimmermann!
