ProSight Welcomes Three New Program Executives to Our Growing Team

As ProSight continues its rapid growth, we are committed to attracting the industry’s best talent who can deliver great value to our customers and agency partners. To that end, we welcome three of the latest additions to our growing team. Each one of these leaders combines industry experience, deep expertise in their field, and an entrepreneurial drive to make things happen.

Michelle Sipple Joins ProSight as Program Executive for Inland Marine and Marine Cargo

Michelle will be overseeing our existing programs in Inland Marine and Marine Cargo, as well as actively developing new programs and capabilities within these niches. Michelle has extensive experience in these areas, having recently served as Vice President of Inland Marine for ACE Westchester Specialty Group. Prior to that, Michelle held various commercial and specialty underwriting leadership positions at The Hanover Insurance Group, Fireman’s Fund and Chubb. Michelle graduated cum laude from Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.

Mary Hughes Joins ProSight as Program Executive for Construction and Casualty

Mary is charged with the development of new profitable programs to grow the ProSight Construction and Casualty business and will also oversee our existing Casualty programs. Mary comes to ProSight from Crum & Forster where she was the executive responsible for the strategic and operational initiatives for the Commercial Business including the Primary Commercial/Package (Construction, HealthCare, Manufacturing, Business Services Segments), Risk Management, and Umbrella divisions. Prior to that, she led the program division for Markel in New Jersey.  Earlier in her career, she worked for carriers such as Chubb, Great American and American Risk Management focusing on the growth of middle market and risk management casualty business. Mary holds her NJ Producer license and is finishing up her ARM studies for the ARM designation.  She holds an AAS Degree from Morris County College.

Jennifer Rothstein Joins ProSight as Progam Executive for Professional Liability

Jennifer is charged with the development of new profitable programs to grow the ProSight Professional Liability business and will also oversee our existing professional lines programs including Lawyers, Broker Dealers, Accountants, Real Estate Agents and Title Agents. Jennifer comes to ProSight from ACT Insurance Services, where she was senior manager for Insurance Strategy. Prior to that, she managed complex litigation for AIG. Earlier in her career, she worked for eBusiness consultancy Scient, Inc. Jennifer graduated from Columbia University with a joint B.A. in English and Spanish and then attended Cardozo School of Law where she graduated with a J.D., specializing in intellectual property.
