    Community Giving Fund Application

    Please complete the Grant Application in its entirety.
    * Each Applicant must submit proof of 501(c)3 status.
    * All Grant Applications are due by October 1, 2017.

    Why?

    We established the Fund in 2012 to help further charitable organizations’ missions with grants so that organizations can make an even greater impact in their community.

    Community Giving Fund Quick Facts

    • We established the Community Giving Fund with our partner, Tangram Insurance Services, to provide support to nonprofit organizations
    • The Fund is designed for charitable organizations to apply for grants while allowing brokers to develop relationships with the nonprofit community
    • Individual grants range from $500 to $5,000 contributions
    • Grantees represent several key verticals that we focus on including clubs and camps, advocacy and outreach groups, day care (child and adult), drug and alcohol rehab, food banks, outpatient clinics, residential care for children, services for the developmentally disabled, and temporary and emergency shelters
