Frank Papalia

Frank Papalia is the Chief Legal Officer of ProSight Specialty responsible for all legal, compliance and regulatory matters affecting the Company. Mr. Papalia has 25 years of legal experience in the insurance industry, most recently serving as General Counsel, General Secretary and member of the Management Board of PARIS RE Holdings, an international, publicly traded reinsurance company based primarily in Zug, Switzerland and Paris, France. At PARIS RE, Mr. Papalia was responsible for the legal, claims and technical accounting functions and after the spin-off of AXA RE from the AXA Group, restructured each of those areas in order to significantly improve expertise and efficiency. Preceding Mr. Papalia’s tenure at AXA RE/PARIS RE, he held senior legal positions at AXA Financial in New York specializing in corporate and investment matters. Mr. Papalia was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law where he served on the Fordham Law Review and earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Manhattan College. Mr. Papalia was a Certified Public Accountant with the public accounting firm of KPMG in New York prior to commencing his legal career.
