Frank Bosse

Frank Bosse is the Chief Human Resources Officer of ProSight Specialty, responsible for the establishment of a culture of best practice, process discipline and execution within the company’s HR functions. Prior to joining ProSight, Mr. Bosse was the Chief Human Resources Officer of Jackson Family Wines, where he served on the executive leadership team and assumed primary responsibility for executive succession, organizational effectiveness and internal communications. Before JFW, he held a variety of insurance industry Human Resource positions at Allianz of America, Fireman's Fund and Crum & Forster. Mr. Bosse began his career as a field human resources partner for Wendy’s International after graduating from the State University of New York, Buffalo. He also holds a masters degree in Human Resources Management from Ohio State University.
