ProSight Specialty Insurance announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Lloyd's Coverholder TSM Agencies Ltd. (TSM) and 100% of the capacity rights to Lloyd's Syndicate 1110. The newly acquired entity, to be renamed "ProSight Specialty Underwriters Ltd." will be led by Julian Enoizi, who joins ProSight as Managing Director reporting to ProSight's global CEO, Joseph Beneducci.

ProSight Specialty Insurance has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lloyd’s Coverholder TSM Agencies Ltd. (TSM) and 100% of the capacity rights to Lloyd’s Syndicate 1110. This acquisition will enable ProSight to provide global solutions to its U.S. customers and distributors as well as expand its unique business model to global markets. The acquisition of TSM will also add specialist Engineering & Power expertise to ProSight’s existing underwriting capabilities.

NYMAGIC, INC. (NYSE: NYM) today announced the completion of its acquisition by ProSight Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. ("ProSight Specialty Insurance"), pursuant to a merger agreement that was approved and adopted by NYMAGIC's stockholders at a special meeting held on November 22, 2010. Under the terms of the merger agreement, NYMAGIC stockholders are entitled to receive $25.75 per share in cash.
