Neil Fitzgerald Leaves ProSight Specialty Underwriters Ltd.

Neil Fitzgerald, founder of TSM Agencies, has left ProSight Specialty Underwriters Ltd. to pursue other opportunities, effective December 31, 2011. 

On November 30th, ProSight Specialty Insurance announced the close of its acquisition of TSM Agencies Ltd. and 100% of the capacity rights to syndicate 1110, renaming TSM as “ProSight Specialty Underwriters Ltd.”

ProSight intends to use our new Lloyd’s platform to expand our unique business model globally, beginning on January 1st, 2012. We previously announced the appointment of Julian Enoizi as Managing Director of ProSight Specialty Underwriters Ltd.

We would like to thank Neil for his contributions in completing the successful acquisition of TSM Agencies Ltd. and transition to ProSight Specialty Underwriters Ltd. and wish him well in his future endeavors.
