To report a claim please e-mail all documentation to claims@prosightspecialty.com. We will promptly respond to you with our claim number and the name of the adjuster assigned to your case.

You can also call us at 1-800-774-1203 to report a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our claims fax number is 1-800-326-2864
