- Independent Contractors included in definition of insured
- Full prior acts coverage available for select risks
- General Liability endorsement available on select risks
- Professional and Data Security Enhancement endorsement available on select risks
- Worldwide coverage for wrongful acts subject to claims made within the U.S., its possessions or Canada
- Softened hammer clause of 75/25 in favor of the insured
- 60 days notice after policy expiration period to report claims
